What size range hood do I want? (Width x Height x Depth)

Width: Width of your range. You can add 6” to this if you want a larger range hood which can make your kitchen feel bigger.

Height: All you need to know is your ceiling height. These are based on 34-36” of spacing between range hood and stove top.

• 8’ ceilings = 30”

• 9’ ceilings = 38-40”

• 10’ Ceilings = 48-50”

• 11’ Ceilings = 60-62”

• 12’ Ceilings = 72-74”

Depth: 22-25” is most common!

What Blower insert do I need?

There are lots of different options out there. We like Zephyr, Best or Wolf liners and blower fans. The size you want is whatever width your range is. So for a 48” range, you want a 48” blower insert. We can recommend the exact model and provide a link for you to purchase.
